These tacos are AMAZING!!! I used unique ingredients to keep the taste buds satisfied. Here are some of the ingredients I use --
Ingredients:
3-4 oz smoked salmon (or other cooked fish)
Sliced Red Cabbage
Corn Tortillas
Corn (optional)
Jalepeno avacado cream (see below for recipe)
Jalepeno Avacado Cream Ingredients:
1/4 avacado
2-4 T 0% Greek Yogurt
1 small pitted jalepeno
Put all ingredients in high powered blender and blend until smooth. Place in a ziploc bag and cut a tiny end off of the bottom a bag to squeeze the cream onto the tacos!
Directions:
1. Warm corn tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds until soft
2. Place cabbage, salmon, and corn on tortillas
3. Squeeze avacado cream onto tacos
