Ingredients:
Basic Fish Taco: 2 corn tortillas (or 1 whole-wheat tortillas) 1/4 avacado 1 cod filet (cooked), or other white fish 1. Place tortillas on plate. Mash avocado and spread on both tortillas. 2. Flake the cooked cod and divide onto both tortillas. Dairy-Free Coleslaw: 1 cup cabbage, chopped 2 T red onion, chopped 1-2 T extra virgin olive oil 1 T apple cider vinegar Dill or rosemary (optional) 3.
