Smoothie base: 5 large strawberries 1/2 banana 1 tsp maca root powder 1/3 c unsweetened almond milk (more or less depending on desired thickness) 1 Tbs pure black cherry juice (optional) Place all ingredients together and blend until smooth. Toppings: Chocolate covered coconut shreds Pomegranate Granola BOOM! Need it 21 Day Fix approved? Skip the black cherry juice and chocolate coconut shreds. You can use regular non sweetened coconut shreds if desired (1 blue). Otherwise, I would say 2 purple and 1 yellow. |
